The Hospital for Veterans of Wars received new equipment
The hospital received new modern equipment for veterans of wars. The funds for its acquisition in the amount of 10 million rubles were allocated from the regional budget. The hospital equipment was supplemented with a set of modern high-quality medical equipment ECG / AD MT-200, which allows for prolonged Holter monitoring of ECG and blood pressure, revealing diseases of the cardiovascular system. The kit includes 4 wearable ECG recorders SCHILLER Medilog and 4 outpatient arterial pressure recorders BR-102 plus with LCD display. A multichannel electrocardiograph and ultrasound diagnostic equipment of an expert class were also obtained. All the equipment has already been put into operation.
Acquired equipment in the hospital is called irreplaceable. After all, heart diseases in veterans are very common today, and therefore Holter monitoring is a very popular method for diagnosing coronary heart disease, including asymptomatic ones: rhythm disturbances, conduction, diagnosis of hypertension, detection of night and daytime hypertension, etc. Now there is a hospital 8 registrars, which allow recording changes in blood pressure and ECG for 2 days. New registrars do not require additional attachment to the body, modified and easy to use for the patient. The new ultrasound machine allows to obtain high quality visualization, and advanced image processing technologies and a modern user-friendly interface expand the scope of research. The new equipment allows to detect diseases at early stages, significantly saves time and allows for accurate diagnosis of diseases.
The Hospital pays great attention to the acquisition and use of modern equipment. In the hospital for veterans of wars there is a necessary diagnostic basis, highly informative diagnostic techniques (video endoscopic device, hematological and biochemical analyzers, anesthesia and respiratory apparatus, electrocardiographs, spirograph, nebulizer) are introduced. Soft and non-traumatic surgical techniques were also introduced. Veterans use a wide range of new methods of domestic gerontotechnology, including non-pharmacological (physiotherapy, massage, exercise therapy, acupuncture).
It should be noted that the Hospital for Veterans of Wars, is a regional center for the treatment and rehabilitation of veterans, as well as the regional geriatric center (the center providing medical care to the elderly), a complex of medical diagnostic, consultative, rehabilitation and other measures is carried out here. In addition to doctors in the most popular specialties (therapist, cardiologist, urologist, dentist, etc.), the gerontologist, a specially trained specialist in the provision of medical care to elderly patients in hospital and at home, is in the hospital.

In December 2014, the replacement of wooden window blocks with PVC double-glazed windows was completed. In total, 147 windows were replaced. Replacement of windows allowed not only to improve the appearance of the hospital rooms, but most importantly create a wonderful microclimate - the warm and bright rooms of the Hospital create the conditions for patients for a speedy recovery.
Annually about 10 thousand people receive medical care in the Hospital in the form of outpatient and inpatient treatment.
