Omsk surgeon became the finalist of the All-Russian competition "The Best Doctor of 2015"
The Omsk Region was represented at the solemn ceremony by the head of the portal hypertension section of the West Siberian Medical Center of the FMBA of Russia Yevgeny Podolsky who took the second place in the nomination "The Best Surgeon" in the finals of the All-Russian Competition of Doctors in 2015. Yevgeny Podolsky today is one of the surgeon, known to the Urals, hepatologist, who annually implements new modern technologies of liver surgery. It should be noted that it is in the department of portal hypertension that they are now preparing for the first liver transplant operation in Omsk.
Recall that the All-Russian competition "The Best Doctor of the Year" is held for the fifteenth consecutive year, is held in three stages. Winners are defined in 33 nominations. The winners this year were 90 laureates. They were awarded diplomas and cash prizes.
